Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and your choices. Protected health information that customers share with us under a Business Associate Agreement is handled under that agreement and HIPAA, not under this website policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you join early access, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, organization and segment. When you book a demo, the booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter there (such as your name and email) under its own privacy policy, and we record that a booking was made along with its time and the campaign information below.
- Campaign and referral information. If you arrive from an ad or a link, we record the campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source or click identifiers), the page you landed on and the referring page, and store them with your form submission.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We store a one-way hash of your IP address with form submissions to limit abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what is necessary to run the site unless you accept cookies in our banner. If you accept, we may load analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn tags, to understand how the site is used and measure campaigns. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
How we use information
- to respond to your request and arrange a demo;
- to send updates you asked for when you joined early access;
- to understand which pages and campaigns are useful; and
- to operate, secure and improve the site and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that host the site, store form submissions, provide demo scheduling (Cal.com) or provide the measurement tools you accept, under contractual obligations; when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship, and then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop sending you updates, by calling (617) 212-8153. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the updated version here with a new date.
